These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the badshah bet platform. By registering an account or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety. Please read carefully before proceeding.
You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of Bangladesh to register and use badshah bet. One account per person. False registration details will result in immediate account closure.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as stated in individual offer terms. Misuse, bonus abuse, or attempts to circumvent wagering rules will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.
Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed in BDT. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to successful KYC verification.

General Terms & Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and badshah bet ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"). By accessing badshah-bet.com, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be bound by all provisions contained herein without reservation or qualification.
badshah bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any portion of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. Amended terms take effect upon publication on this page. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated or paraphrased version of this document, the English version shall take precedence. All communications between badshah bet and registered players will be conducted in English.

All monetary amounts on the platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) unless otherwise specified. The platform supports transactions via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.
Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
Registration on badshah bet is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By completing the registration process, you declare and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. badshah bet takes underage gambling seriously and reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any stage of the player relationship. Any account found to be registered by a person under the age of 18 will be immediately and permanently closed, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.
2.2 One Account Per Player
Each individual player is permitted to hold one registered account on badshah bet. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether in the same name or under different names — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual (determined by shared device, IP address, payment method, personal details, or any other indicator), all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances or bonuses associated with duplicate accounts will be voided.
2.3 Accurate Registration Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date at all times. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and the phone number associated with your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket mobile wallet. badshah bet is not liable for any consequences arising from a player's failure to maintain accurate account details.
2.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
badshah bet reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal or at any point during the account lifecycle. Acceptable KYC documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh. Players may also be asked to provide proof of address and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account restriction or permanent closure.
2.5 Account Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) associated with your badshah bet account. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. 3.2 Deposit Policy
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is identified, the deposited amount will be returned (where reasonably possible) and any associated winnings will be voided. Repeat instances may result in permanent account closure.
3.3 Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawal requests are processed by badshah bet's dedicated payments team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the player's most recent qualifying deposit, in order to maintain compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) standards. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad mobile wallets are typically completed within 1–3 hours of approval. Withdrawals are not processed until any outstanding KYC verification is complete.
3.4 Currency
All transactions on badshah bet are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). badshah bet does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion that occurs on the player's side (e.g., through a card issuer) is the sole responsibility of the player, and associated conversion fees are not covered by badshah bet.
3.5 Anti-Money Laundering
badshah bet is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. The platform operates a risk-based AML framework. Players may be asked to provide the source of funds documentation if their account activity triggers an AML review. badshah bet reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse any transaction that raises AML concerns, and will cooperate with any lawful authority investigation.
Bonuses & Promotions
4.1 General Bonus Terms
badshah bet offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section. Where a conflict exists between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms, all bonuses credited to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or the combined deposit-and-bonus amount, as specified in the offer. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires ৳30,000 in qualifying bets to be placed before withdrawal eligibility is met.
4.3 Bonus Eligibility
Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential permanent account closure. Players must not use VPNs, proxy servers, or other technical measures to circumvent geographic or account-based restrictions on bonus eligibility.
4.4 Bonus Expiry
All bonuses carry an expiry period, which will be specified in the individual promotion terms. If a player does not complete the required wagering within the expiry period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from the account without notice. It is the player's responsibility to check the expiry terms before accepting any bonus.
4.5 badshah bet's Right to Modify or Cancel Promotions
badshah bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. If a promotion is cancelled while a player is actively working towards a wagering requirement, the promotion terms in effect at the time of the player's opt-in will be honoured where operationally practicable, unless the cancellation arises from suspected fraud or abuse.
Betting & Gaming Rules
5.1 Bet Acceptance
All bets placed on badshah bet are subject to the platform's acceptance at its sole discretion. A bet is not confirmed until a confirmation message or reference number is displayed on screen. badshah bet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet without providing a reason, including bets placed at erroneous odds or on events where the outcome has already been determined.
5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets on badshah bet. These limits are displayed within each market and may vary by event, market type, and account status. badshah bet reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake restrictions without notice, particularly where account activity is inconsistent with standard recreational betting patterns.
5.3 Odds and Market Movements
Odds on badshah bet are subject to change up to the point at which a bet is confirmed. For live in-play markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers cricket fixtures — odds update in real time and may change between a player initiating a bet and the confirmation being processed. Where odds move during the bet placement process, badshah bet may offer the player the revised odds, or void the bet at the player's option, in accordance with its in-play betting policy.
5.4 Void Bets and Cancelled Events
If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before a decisive result is reached, bets on that event may be voided and stakes returned to the player's account. Specific void rules for each sport are available within the relevant betting market. For multi-leg accumulator bets, a voided selection is typically treated as a non-runner, and the bet is recalculated on the remaining selections.
5.5 Casino and Slots Games
All casino games and slot titles available on badshah bet — including live dealer games from Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live, and slot titles from NetEnt, Microgaming, Habanero, and other providers — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and/or regulated live studio streams. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. badshah bet is not liable for any technical fault arising from the game provider's software during a live session.
5.6 Palpable Errors
In the event of a manifest or palpable error — including but not limited to clearly incorrect odds, system errors generating unintended payouts, or duplicate bet processing — badshah bet reserves the right to void affected bets and correct account balances. Players are not entitled to retain winnings arising from a palpable error, and badshah bet will communicate with affected players promptly in such cases.
Prohibited Conduct & Fair Play
badshah bet is committed to maintaining a fair and secure betting environment for all registered players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform. Players found to have engaged in any of the following behaviours are subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards or hands in live casino games, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage through cooperation.
- Match Fixing: Placing bets on sporting events where the player has prior knowledge of, or has participated in, any arrangement to fix the result.
- Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting pricing discrepancies between badshah bet and other platforms to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, to a degree that constitutes commercial exploitation rather than recreational betting.
- Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, macros, AI-powered betting assistants, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform without human input.
- Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals with a payment provider after funds have been deposited and used on the platform.
- Fraud and Identity Theft: Using another person's identity, payment details, or personal information to register or operate an account.
- Hacking and Technical Exploitation: Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or exploit any aspect of the badshah bet platform's software, security systems, or infrastructure.
- VPN Misuse: Using a VPN, proxy, or similar tool to circumvent geographic restrictions, account restrictions, or bonus eligibility rules.
Account Suspension & Closure
7.1 Closure by the Player
Players may close their badshah bet account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any remaining balance (after deduction of any active bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements) will be paid out to the player's verified payment method within 3–5 business days of the closure confirmation.
7.2 Suspension by badshah bet
badshah bet reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where the platform has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the account has been used for prohibited conduct as described in Section 6; (b) the player has provided false or misleading registration information; (c) the player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; (d) the account activity poses an AML or fraud risk; or (e) a responsible gaming concern has been flagged by the player or identified by the platform.
7.3 Permanent Closure by badshah bet
Where an investigation following account suspension concludes that a player has engaged in a material breach of these Terms & Conditions, badshah bet may permanently close the account. In cases of confirmed fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct, any balance held in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited. badshah bet will notify the player of a permanent closure decision and the grounds for it, subject to any legal constraints on disclosure.
7.4 Self-Exclusion Closures
Players who voluntarily request self-exclusion under the responsible gaming provisions in Section 8 will have their accounts closed for the duration of the self-exclusion period. During a self-exclusion period, badshah bet will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from opening a new account, including by cross-referencing registration details, device identifiers, and payment methods.

Any player found to be under the age of 18 will have their account permanently closed and all funds forfeited.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, badshah bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions. badshah bet's total liability to any player for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be referred to badshah bet's customer support team for resolution. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to engage in good-faith mediation before initiating any formal proceedings.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall be interpreted in a manner consistent with the original intent of the Agreement.
Entire Agreement
This Terms & Conditions document, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on badshah-bet.com, constitutes the entire agreement between badshah bet and the player with respect to the use of the platform, and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral.
